Cookie Notice

1. Overview

This Cookie Notice explains how Lovell Government Services uses cookies and similar technologies on the Lovell Partner Portal (the "Portal"). It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

2. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage used by modern browsers for application state.

3. Cookies and storage we use

3.1 Strictly necessary (required)

These are essential to operate the Portal securely. They cannot be disabled if you use authenticated features.

• Session authentication cookie (for example lovell_session) — HttpOnly, Secure (in production), SameSite=strict. Identifies your signed-in session after login and MFA. Duration depends on whether you choose standard sign-in or "Keep me logged in" (subject to absolute and idle limits).
• Security and CSRF-related controls provided by the application framework as part of normal request handling.
• Short-lived client state (for example temporary flags related to MFA delivery messaging) that may use session storage only on your device and is not used for advertising.

3.2 Functional

Preferences that improve usability (for example UI state within a session) may be stored locally. We do not currently use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on the Portal.

3.3 Analytics and marketing

As of the effective date, the Portal does not load third-party advertising networks or consumer analytics trackers for behavioral advertising. Infrastructure and application logs (for security and reliability) may record technical request metadata independently of browser cookies.

4. "Keep me logged in"

If you select this option, the session cookie may persist longer (up to the configured maximum, currently 30 days absolute, with idle renewal rules). Only use this option on devices you control. Anyone with access to that browser profile may access your account until the session expires or you sign out.

5. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in or use protected areas of the Portal. Signing out invalidates server-side session records associated with your authentication cookie.

6. Changes

We may update this Cookie Notice when our practices change. The effective date at the top will be revised accordingly.
